Moving from tired and dated space, leading investment company, Law Debenture, approached WorkSpace Design to provide a flexible and professional environment at their new offices within 100 Bishopsgate.
Tasked with procuring furniture and fitments throughout, WorkSpace Design worked to establish a balanced environment providing a mix of traditional desking, agile working and acoustic booths to showcase Law Debenture’s new corporate brand and flexible working strategy.
Through close collaboration with Law Debenture, Workspace Design were able to fully understand the clients aspirations to achieve an environment to promote creative thinking and wellbeing.
The move saw the creation of an interior, configured to provide space to socialise within the café, work quietly in pods or collaboratively in booths whilst still retaining traditional meeting room space for more corporate and client facing meetings.
Post contract WorkSpace Design continue to provide added value to the interior, installing specialist pieces of joinery and advice on expansion within the demise.
Our close relationship with Law Debenture saw Workspace Design being asked to replicate the design of London, retaining the strong brand, into a turnkey project for their expanding Manchester office.
Exposed services and conscious of the Grade A Breeam rating of the property posed certain challenges, not least that all walls had to ‘float’ off the ceiling.
A diverse mix of workstations and collaborative tables and, again, replicating the booths and meeting pods so successfully used in London, provided an environment that colleagues could work and interact seamlessly alongside each other.
Greenery and biophilia, together with the fantastic natural light that the space provided, added to this welcoming and practical workspace
